 New Zealander Residents travelling on a Japanese Passport are not allowed to purchase JR East Pass.

 

We will apply $10 postage, and if you wish to collect instore a $5 per booking fee will apply at all branches. Urgent booking (walk-in) handling & pick-up fee $30 per booking fee will apply at all branch.*The following fees are current as at 10 July 2023 and are subject to change by Travel Japan by H.I.S. without notice.

Kansai Area Pass

Unlimited travel on the Kansai-Airport Express " Haruka " and local trains with non-reserved seats in the Kansai area ( Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Nara, Himeji and ... ).

  • A Visitor may purchase Kansai WIDE Area Pass ONLY ONCE per visit.
  • Reserved seats on Bullet Train "SANYO SHINKANSEN" (Shin-Osaka⇔Okayama)
    -The pass can be used for the Hello Kitty Shinkansen.
  • Reserved seats on Limited Express Trains HARUKA,KUROSHIO,KONOTORI,SUPER HAKUTO etc
    *For reserved seating, ensure you book your seats before boarding the train.
